NOTICE

CLASS XI (2010 – 2011)

A. CLASSES WILL COMMENCE on 10^th June (Thursday) 2010. Class hours are from 7.30 am – 1.40 pm. The school follows five-days-a-week schedule. On 10^th June 2010 all admitted students should report to the school auditorium at 10.00 A.M. positively.

B. UNIFORM: The authorized shops for making the SCHOOL UNIFORMS is Suman Dresses, Panbazar. Uniforms prepared by any other shop are not allowed. On the day of admission, Suman Dresses will be available in the school. Admitted students are to give their measurements today, before leaving the school campus. The uniforms can be collected from the shop as and when they are ready. The tailor will provide uniforms first for the new students who are joining from other schools.

Since the school uniforms will not be ready by the first day, students are permitted to come in unofficial dresses till 19^th June 2010 only. Girls should however, be strictly dressed in salwar kurtas with dupattas or pants – shirts with sleeves. Students with any other dress will not be allowed inside the school. Bosconians who have been admitted to Class XI should come in their old uniforms (white shirts and grey pants) from 10^th June till the new uniforms are ready. The tailor will provide uniforms to them only after the uniforms for the new students are ready.

B. BOOKS are available at BANI MANDIR, Hedayetpur (below the Guwahati Club Overbridge), Guwahati – 03 from 7^th June 2010.

C. EXERCISE BOOKS: All the students are expected to use loose sheets and not exercise books. Files and loose sheets are available in the Stationery shop of the school on 10^th June 2010 (8.00 am – 12.00 noon).

D. SCHOOL FEES books will be distributed in the class rooms. Fees are collected in four quarters. The first quarter payment is to be completed by 20^th June 2010. After payment of the first quarter fees, the fees books are to be submitted to the Class Teachers. Payment for the other three quarters is to be completed by the last date of the first month of each quarter. All payments are to be made in the South Indian Bank, Ambari.

E. SCHOOL BUS forms can be collected from the Reception Counter. The duly filled in forms are to be returned to the school office by 10^th June. Forms will not be received after this date. Separate bus facility will be available to the Class XI students after the Summer Vacation and only if there are sufficient students who have applied for the bus service. In case separate buses will not be possible and students will have to be accommodated in our running buses, preference will be given to girls, especially the girls who are staying in hostels and Bosconians who had been availing the bus facility during the academic session 2009 - 2010. Fees will have to be paid from the second quarter onwards. Kindly contact the school office for confirmation of the service after 15^th June 2010.
