ADMISSION NOTICE CLASS XI (2010 – 2011)

 

Parents are to take note of the following:

 

1.      DECLARATION OF RESULTS:

5th June 2010 (Saturday)      : Declaration of the final list of students selected for class XI.

In case of any vacancy, there will be a 2nd list on 8th June 2010 (Tuesday).

 

2.      ADMISSION:

Parents are requested to collect the necessary bank slips and forms from the school office positively on 7th June 2010 (Monday) and complete the process of admission. Candidates failing to do so on 7th June 2010 will forfeit their seats.

 

3.      ADMISSION TIME:

Selected candidates should complete the admission process on 7th June 2010 in the School office from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. Admit card is to be produced at the time of admission.

 

4.      COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES: Classes for all the streams will commence from 10th June 2010 (Thursday). All admitted students should report to the school auditorium at 10.00 A.M. positively on 10th June 2010.

 

5.      PAYMENT DETAILS:

Kindly collect the following Bank Slips from Reception and complete the payment in The South Indian Bank, Ambari (opposite the AGP office)

a.      Admission Fees

b.      Security Fee

c.      All are requested to contribute generously for the new facilities being created in the school for your children. Even if it is an optional contribution for the development of the school, all are requested to cooperate.

 

6.      DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED: Admission is provisional until all the relevant documents, as mentioned in the Admission Form, are submitted to the school office. The last date for submission of documents is 30th June 2010 failing which a candidate is liable to forfeit his / her seat.
